I passed my science course with flying coloursI got nearly 100% in the physics and astrophysics section *collapse*. Which is a relief considering I breath astrophysics, failing it would have been awkward indeed

Can't say for other countries, of course, but I dare say tens of millions of millions of Americans come within a hand's breadth of one of these every day, whether they know it or not.i dunno....

Used to be the "AHZ" reference was good enough for us, but when they changed to the AGZ's with the # in the URL, many of us with older browsers were shut out.
Looks like an interesting object. Hard to say what it is, IMO. But I think it could be considered an LSB, low surface brightness, galaxy.

It looks nothing like a turkey leg- get real; much more like the broken hulk of Enterprise in the delta quadrant.
