Hi, Satori5000. Yes it is an odd one. It is a very dim 'faint fuzzy'. I would suggest that it is distant galaxy, or perhaps maybe a dwarf irregular.

    Anyone else have an idea about Satori's object?

Here is one where the picture is asking you to classify the side-on galaxy.  but if you look to the lower right of it, there is a very bright object with just a few smaller wisps around it.  Any ideas on the smaller object?

The smaller object is a more distant galaxy.

Looks like an ACW spiral with a very bright core.

Do you mean this? If so it is NGC 5963. The edge on galaxy is NGC 5965. Hope this helps

Yep, I agree with elizabeth and Michpet, but rember that the pictures are flipped left to right on the SDSS page. If this one is in the analysis page it will be CW. :)
