Ring galaxy or 1 arm spiral ??

hi, Taker. Its very difficult to tell when they are fuzzy. I think I might go for edge on/unclear if I was classifying it. But then if you are not sure I would suggest S/DK.

Not sure what the blue thing to the right is.  Tried to zoom in on it but when I got closer to the center I lost it.

Hi, turnerjazz. That is a strange one. I would guess at a faint irregular galaxy IMHO. If an object like this pops up on the analysis page as the target, click Star/Don't Know.

In the mean time, do any other zooites know more about  turnerjazz's faint fuzzy?

Here's a better pic.  Looks like a cosmic bunny rabbit.  As I look at it it looks like maybe a merger that just happens to have to on edge galaxies in the ear positions...  maybe.

Stickied, Tom. That is such an awesome idea that I am now kicking myself for not having thought of it a year ago!

Thank you very much, and greetings new people, hope you're enjoying it here and asking lots of questions ;D

Like the cosmic bunny description! I agree with Tom - it's too fuzzy to classify as anything else but Star/Don't Know.

It almost looks like a jet coming out of this elliptical galaxy, or it could be something else altogether ordinary:

Seems very diffuse and poorly/dimly lit throughout...maybe just 'cause I'm new to it???
