Hello
Recently I stumped on a changed image of a galaxy, but I found out about it after classification. So I found a way to get the original image before ending classification
And it's a different way from the one that Rob did
1) open the image in the new tab (you'll get adress like:
http://zoo-hst.s3.amazonaws.com/201430062.jpg
2) copy the image name (in this case 201430062)
3) go to
http://www.galaxyzoo.org/examine/image_name
(here you get "
http://www.galaxyzoo.org/examine/201430062
")
4) normally image name consists of 8 digits, if you have 9, the link will take you to "My Galaxies", but cancel the last digit... And there you have it!
(the example is a changed image, so the original one is under
http://www.galaxyzoo.org/examine/20143006
)
I'm a newbie, but a smart one
right?
