GZ Memory Game
« on: September 03, 2009, 07:14:38 PM »
I'm doing some outreach talks this weekend (while Pamela gets the official GZ talk), and seeing the new forum section reminded me - for some of these, the printable Galaxy Zoo memory game has proven popular. I have linked it as a PDF, with a caption page. Print two, cut them up, and let the fun begin!

(One of these talks does give me an excuse to show a picture encompassing 0.014% of Zooites).

How is this game played?  Do you match the words to the picture?

Thanks!

Make two sets of pictures, cut them out, turn over and arrange in a rectangle. For each turn, flip two over. If they match, you keep them and play again. Otherwise, turn back over and try to remember which ones are where for next turn. (The ID information is only for the curious, and gets lost when the pictures are cut apart anyway). Winner is the player with the most pairs matched.
