Hi,

how to check whether the "object that does not exist" is new on the forum?

I hope that the galaxy below which is hidden in the nearby star glare is real "never seen before".

The nearby star is annotated as galaxy: GALAXY    ra=230.96594283, dec=25.28509025,   ObjId = 587739380456161306

Excellent find ! This galaxy lives effectively here..
You are right on the fact that we can't check previous posts... Nevertheless we can try to check in the thread with the ra and dec...

Good shot. This galaxy has effectively no primary or secondary reference number  ;) :)

Hi !
The "primary" reference number is the one you have directly on the navigate tool page with the small blue circle. The "secondary" reference number is "hidden". The thread about these is Galaxies from the Edge...
Here we post objects with no reference number at all.
Am I clear enough ??

The object corresponding to the id specified, undefined does not exist in the database.
Please try another object.
