There lives a lady named Alice
who holds the keys to the Palace
She gathered up two by twos
for her Galaxy Zoos
her subjects to clasify with prowess

A zooite who lived near Dundee
Found galaxies spouting OIII;
Though peas, they were red,
And were so redshift-ed
H-alpha she nowhere could see.

A zooite living in Wales
Would stargaze, even in gales
He set up a tent
In the middle of Gwent
And saw nineteen meteor trails.

If a bulge on an edge-on is squarish
A curious phenomenon (rarish)
Is a cross right across it
That seems to emboss it
And says that its bar's really garish!

An astronomer gazing afar
Trying to look at a distant star
Fell over his 'scope
Which was tied up with rope,
Sought some help in a local bar

I spend so much time in the zoo
That my backside's begun to accrue
Star-like mass and dimensions
Of galactic extensions
The rest of me's getting fat too.

Tsering, you're wicked!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D
Oh let me just a moment stay
where time is not and angels play the paeans of the galaxies;
then speed the stardust on its flight
to change dread darkness into light, cold chaos into ecstasy!

While observing the heavens one night
My telescope put up a fight
A Globular Cluster
Was all it could muster
But oh what a marvellous sight!
