Notification not working

I am not receiving 'Notification' of Topics (eg. 'Just Chat'), all seem to have stopped coming through to my e-mail account of 'johnfairweather@ntlworld.com' - any ideas?

I've PM'd Arfon as I know this has been going on for some days. But I think he's in the middle of moving to Chicago so it may be a while before he's able to fix it :)

Thanks Alice,

I've done a bit of investigating and I found a lot of today's GZ e-mails in my NTLWorld/Virgin Media's Spam box, I've no idea how they got there.  I have marked them as 'Not Spam' and they are now in my Inbox, so perhaps any future GZ e-mails might be recognised as 'Not Spam' and will go directly to my 'Inbox' - we shall see.

Hi John

I can see that the emails are definitely being sent to your account via our servers - can you check that they're not being marked as spam on your end?
