Here's one that's not as obvious: http://cas.sdss.org/dr7/en/tools/explore/obj.asp?id=587739721381380166
Weirdness: double permitted lines with different z (see attachment).

dual AGN hosted by an early-type galaxy.
Its optical spectrum shows strong, double-peaked [OIII] emission lines and weak Hbeta emission, with Seyfert-like line ratios.
HST/ACS imaging shows an early-type (E/S0) galaxy with hints of disturbed structure, consistent with the remnant of a dissipationless merger.
single galaxy harboring two AGN--the first such system to be observed in an otherwise typical early-type galaxy.

Weirdness: triple-peaked (2 broad, 1 narrow) permitted lines.

Weirdness: more double-peaked (possibly triple) permitted lines

Weirdness: almost looks like a blazar spectrum, but velocity offset between broad and narrow Hβ is still obvious.

I've had a more controversial stuff in DR7 revised in DR8  ???
588018055651655797 SDSS J144057.04+463647.1  z=0.839
FIRST J144057.0+463646 -- Radio-source

seems double peak Hbeta  in this DR7 chart giving redshift =0.8395 (reported in NED)
but upset in DR8 chart  (same plate, fiber, MJD) where redshift = 0.04521  ???

Just posted by c_cld in the Bad Chart Thread... http://cas.sdss.org/astro/en/tools/explore/obj.asp?id=588017566021386415
Weirdness: looks like there are 2 sets of forbidden lines. Also, [Ne V] λ3426 is comparable in strength to [O II] λ3727 (you don't see that very often).
