:-[ Thanks for the advice. How do you get the triangle on the picture? And isn't the date the same as in the name of the SN? :-[

How about this? The images here seem to be about the same "object".

SN 1963E
reading your link, you have coords  "ra=21.60894958&dec=-1.64707484"
in NED COORDINATES for SN 1963E are 21.605154   -1.641613 01h26m25.237s -01d38m29.81s
in Simbad                                                                            01 26 25.24 -01 38 29.8
in Asiago Supernova Catalogue _RAJ2000 01 26 25.240 _DEJ2000 -01 38 30.00

Your img is not on target  :(
but taking yours I added the mark (see left column on DRx image cut-out service to use this feature)

marked location of SN 1963E

From now on I'll check the Asiago Catalogue as well. Thanks.

So your point is that there might be something wrong with the classification? ???

Observed in 1979, so it's not visible on this image. Couldn't what is classified as a star be  SN remnants?

SuperNova Type             : II

It was observed 3/12/2008 . The SDSS picture is not exactly the same as the SIMBAD picture. I found the SDSS picture by changing the NED coordinates into the ones that SkyServer uses.
How can I find the date the picture was taken?

A lot of the Ned SDSS and Simbad images are Flipped Left<--> Right or Right<-->Left so can look odd!

Las SN que se encuentran en SDSS DR9 que se reportar por primera vez quedan reportadas con el nombre del Usuario que la descubre y reporta??

The SN found in SDSS DR9 that report are reported for the first time with the name of the user who discovers and reports?

I don't really understand your question. And is it directed towards me or someone else?
