Whatever it is, it's got huge errors on its photometry, but it looks like it's real.

It's also a fairly powerful radio source. FIRST gets it at 16.83 mJy.

Isn't the radio source the galaxy to the north rather than the blue cloud?

I don't think so... I centered the FIRST cutout on the blue blob and the radio source is a point source.
