hey all again, just got back from training, and I'm appropriately stiff
Before and after practicing Judo or engaging in a match, opponents bow to each other. Bowing is an expression of gratitude and respect. In effect, you are thanking your opponent for giving you the opportunity to improve your technique.

Hi guys,

Been working late and a long one so, sorry I missed whoever has already gone for a kip:) Wjatever T zome they are inm, could be for an afternoon nap as far as I know.
I can't possibly follow the rest of this thread.

Has anybody made a biltong box, found more voorwerp or been inprisoned for fraud since I was last on line?
